1.) A balanced and good working atmosphere is very important to us!
- Our employees are properly paid - wage dumping is not an option for us!
- Women and Men are equal pay for the same job. We have no wage differences by gender!
- We strive to put in place an internal Bonus sheme that will however not - as is customary -
start at the executive level, but with employees at the base level.
In addition, our employees are to receive a conversion right to have their BONUS payments converted into non-voting preferred shares
and thus participate in the profit of the company.
2.) The health of our employees is very important to us!
- During the official closing hours of the SPA area for guests, this area is available free of charge for our employees.
- Health treatments of our clinic can be received by employees on their days off, in their leisure time and during work breaks
at a separate staff price / or on prescription.
- Regular health checks of our employees are a matter of course for us.
- To our mind, the statutory minimum vacation is not sufficient for our employees as they are more stressed by their work
with patients than other professions.
That is why we double this entitlement; provided, however, that only the statutory minimum wage can be taken in one unbroken period.
The additional vacation must be distributed over the rest of the year to ensure that employees will have enough recreational breaks over the entire year.
3.) The Motivation & creativity and further education of our employees are very important to us!
- Creative Proposals from our employees are absolutely welcomed and the employee is remunerated separately for them
following a successful feasibility analysis and implementation.
- We place great importance on outstanding customer service. That is why regular training and further education of our employees
are very important to us!
- We need motivated employees who can identify 100% with the company and their professional task.
That is why we avoid shift work and use our employees based on their individual biorhythm.
"Lark"-people work exclusively in the morning with us and "owl"-people exclusively in the evening.
This automatically leads to a better ability to work under pressure and higher productivity of employees.
The existing potential of each employee is thereby brought to bear to an increased extent.
4.) Social commitment is an important key element of our company!
- Our project includes solely: the medical area, the real - estate area as counter - security for our investors and the social area such as disabled sports;
children's palliative care units; and donations in kind in the event of natural disasters;
Due to the general risk of fraud, hard cash payments are refrained from in this sector and only donations in kind are supported.
The donations are taken to the relevant location by us personally and open reports are provided to the investors on their use.
Investors have the possibility to contribute their expertise to our aid projects.
A successful company stands or falls not only by its management, but also in the first place by its employees.
Motivated employees who identify 100% with the company considerably contribute to its success,
which will have an impact on the annual balance sheet for the investors.
Saddly, investors who cannot understand our company's philosophy and are not willing to share it are not suitable for us
and we would then like to refrain from cooperation.
We are not willing to pay a higher return to investors at the cost of our employees and/or our social budget.
We place great importance on down-to-earth investors, who appreciate quality rather than quantity and are aware
of the resulting steady and long-term increase of sales and are interested in a long-term and stable distribution in the upper middle range.
A 7% profit participation in a stable flourishing company is better than a 7% profit participation in an unstable company.
We would also like to give retail investors on opportunity to participate in our company by way of a participation loan with qualified subordination.
